How do I get started?
It’s as easy as giving us a call or sending us an email! The first thing we will do is visit your property to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate. We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to do for you.Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. This is not a contract, but merely another way to guarantee you our personalized, consistent, and timely service.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with any cleaning visit we will dispatch a supervisor to rectify any problem immediately and credit that cleaning on your next invoice. When you invest in quality office cleaning, you will get nothing less than QUALITY every time!
How about proper insurance?
We carry $1,000,000 General Liability insurance and Workman Compensation coverage. This is to protect you against damaged property or injury to a person while our staff is on your property performing office cleaning janitorial cleaning services.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment. Please let us know if you have specific products you’d prefer to provide, we are happy to use them in lieu of our own. We do also offer green cleaning using eco-friendly cleaning supplies. We use Dysons and Sharks vacumms that are always less than a year old!
Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional team for each visit. However if we have to switch personnel in the event of an illness or vacation, the substitute is always accompanied by a supervisor from our team. The crew carries specific instructions about what we do in your property and the work is checked by the supervisor.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
Monthly invoices go out to our commercial clients and we require payment at the time service from our residential clients. We accept most major credit cards, debit card payments, Venmo, and payment by check or cash.
